EXCHANGES POLICY
If the product that you purchased from Bebeboo Story have defects, did not match to your size or you receive the wrong product, we will gladly help you. Please read our terms & conditions below.
WHAT ITEM CAN BE EXCHANGED?
- Defective item, or product that didn’t match to your size & incorrect product
- Defective product will be exchanged to the same product with the same size
- Incorrect product will be exchanged to the correct product based on the invoice
If the product for exchange is not available, the original item will be exchanged to other available colors or size.We are truly sorry if we have sent you the wrong or defective product. Please be aware that we do not provide cash refund for any of our product in any conditions.
WHAT ITEM CAN’T BE EXCHANGED?
- Defect after the product been worn or tried by the customer
- Any monogrammed item
Products with slight imperfections (loose thread, slight dotted stains, dust etc) which do not affect the overall appearance of the item will not be considered a defect. The color shown on the desktop/phone screen may be different with the original products. In such circumstances, it will not be considered as a defect and we will not accept any exchanges.
Bébéboo Story reserves every right to refuse your exchange if it doesn’t follow our exchange policy. We may have to send the product back to customer and shipping fee will be charged to customer.
EXCHANGES TERMS & CONDITION
- Maximum of 2 (two) days after customer received the product
- Product in its original condition when you first receive, material does not deform, odorless, etc.
- Unwashed (haven’t been soaked)
- Tag is still intact, label and packaging in undamaged condition
- Exchange product can only be done one time
- We reserve every right to refuse the second exchange request
FEES
Shipment fee on exchange product will be charged on customer. For the defective products / incorrect product received, we will provide free shipping to our warehouse and back to customer.
HOW TO EXCHANGE OUR ITEM
1. Contact us on WhatsApp +62-878-0838-3800 (No call & SMS) to notify us about your exchange inquiry.
2. Use this format :
- Name
- Invoice number
- Date of product received
- Product that you received
- Reason
- Replaced product
*Please attach photos of label, packaging & tag still on the product with the perfect condition.
*For defect products: attach photo of the defective part.
3. Please wait patiently until we response your inquiry with followed instructions.
4. Send your product within 2 (two) working days, the address will be given after we has confirmed your exchange request. Please let us know after the package has been sent out.
*For information on the shipping fee, we will contact you to transfer the total amount to our bank account.
5. If we do not receive your returned package for more than 7 (seven) days, we reserve the right to cancel your exchange request.
6. The replaced product will be processed within 5 (five) working days after we received and checked the product and it fulfilled our exchange policy.
