Please pay attention to our product description to understand better how each product’s fit is intended to be. Different material also affects how each item will suit to your fit and wearing comfort, so please take that into consideration.
Check our sizing guide for a thorough measurement for each item - generally if you usually wear size X for our product, it doesn’t differ much throughout different item, unless we mention an upsize or downsize advice in the description. The short answer is yes. By nature, stretch material will give you more space to tolerate difference in measurement. Please refer to our product description to have a more complete judgement of each product’s fit.

MATERIALS
Since our products are primarily designed for babies and kids, ensuring safety and non-toxicity is our top priority. We are committed to only using natural materials that need no harsh chemical treatments in the process. Not all natural fabric is actually produced “naturally”.
The fiber itself may be natural, but the procedures that come along in order to achieve desired texture and hand-feel are often highly chemical and harmful. With this consideration, we choose to mainly use Tencel™ Modal fabric that is naturally smooth and soft, offering a luxurious feel without the need for heavy chemical processing.
When 100% natural isn’t possible, we focus on keeping synthetic content to a minimum. Our Tencel™ Modal fabric featuring 96% Tencel™ Modal fiber — the highest available on the market; with only 4%of elastane to give enough elasticity to the fabric.
We also use cotton poplin that is made entirely from cotton fibers and tightly woven to offer a comfortable soft feel. This results to a breathable material that is gentle on the skin, long-lasting and does not wear off its quality over time.
We believe they are. On top of using natural materials, we also pay attention to the inks that we use in the printing process. They are ZDHC (Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals) certified, which means they are free from hazardous substances and meets strict criteria for safe production, reducing environmental impact and protecting consumer health.
Altogether, our products are also OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified, meaning it has been rigorously tested and is free from harmful substances, guaranteeing its safety for human health.
TENCEL™ fabric is known for its smooth texture, which generally reduces lint shedding compared to other fibers. However, to minimize any potential lint, we recommend following our care instructions on each product page to keep your Bébéboo Story’s TENCEL™ items smooth and lint-free.
TENCEL™ fabric is sensitive to heat, which can cause it to stretch over time. To preserve its shape, we recommend washing it in cold water and air drying. Avoid high temperatures, as they can impact the fabric’s structure and elasticity. Follow our care instructions for more detailed information; you can find it on each of our TENCEL™ product page.

ORDER
After the payment for your order is confirmed, production will start and take around 7-10 business days before it is ready for delivery. Delivery time depends on the designated delivery address. Don’t worry, we always try our best to fulfill your order earlier than the estimated time and we believe that special things are worth the wait :)

SHIPPING
That’s because all our products are made by order. We do believe that it’s important to avoid waste and overproduction in our process — it’s not good for a small business like ours, and it’s not good for the planet, too. So by doing this practice, we make sure we only produce the quantity that we need. Most of the time we are able to send out your order earlier than the predicted timeline.

EXCHANGE & RETURN
Yes, please read below for more details regarding our exchange policy.
What item can be exchanged?
- Defective item, or product that didn’t match to your size & incorrect product.
- Defective product will be exchanged to the same product with the same size.
- Incorrect product will be exchanged to the correct product based on the invoice.
If the product for exchange is not available, the original item will be exchanged to other available colors or size. We are truly sorry if we have sent you the wrong or defective product. Please be aware that we do not provide cash refund for any of our product in any conditions.
What item cannot be exchanged?
- Correct product based on the invoice (we do not accept exchange for a different print or model).
- All personalised products that have been embroidered or altered.
- Defect after the product been worn or tried by the customer.
- Products with slight imperfections (loose thread, slight dotted stains, dust etc) which do not affect the overall appearance of the item will not be considered a defect.
The color shown on the desktop/phone screen may be different with the original products. In such circumstances, it will not be considered as a defect and we will not accept any exchanges.
Bébéboo Story reserves every right to refuse your exchange if it doesn’t follow our exchange policy. We may have to send the product back to customer and shipping fee will be charged to customer.
Terms & Conditions
- Exchange request is only applicable within 3 x 24hr after your order is received.
- Items must be returned to us within 5 business days from the date of delivery/collection.
- Product in its original condition when you first receive, material does not deform, odorless, etc.
- Unwashed (haven’t been soaked)- Tag is still intact, label and packaging in undamaged condition.
- Exchange product can only be done one time.
- Shipment fee on exchange product will be charged on customer.
- For the defective products / incorrect product received, we will provide free shipping to our warehouse and back to customer.
- We reserve every right to refuse the second exchange request.

No, all purchases are final and we do not accept any returns.
REFUND
We only accept refund for purchased item that’s suddenly out of stock in the middle of the production process.
First we will offer to exchange the out-of-stock item with other item that’s available, but then if you do not wish to exchange, we will be happy to refund the amount accordingly.
Refund may take 3-5 business days to process. In this case, we will stay in touch with you through WhatsApp regarding the out-of-stock issue and help you with the refund process.
