Shipping Policy

Bébéboo Story ships nationwide!

* Delivery around Jabodetabek Area (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang & Bekasi) will take around 2-3 days with regular service & 1-2 days with the express service.

* Delivery outside Jabodetabek Area will take about 2-7 days depending on how far the destined city is & 1-2 days for the express service (please note that the courier does not provide express service to all cities).

* There might be slight shipment delay during weekends or public holiday.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed after payments on Monday-Saturday. If payment confirmation made before 3 pm, we will process the order on the same day. If payment confirmation made after 3 pm, then the order will be processed on the next working day.

Customer's order only will be processed once we received full amount transfer (including shipping fees). Please note that we are unable to process the order if problem occurred regarding the payment.

Every order will be made accordingly through our minimum production lead time (7 days after payment), working days do not include Sunday & public holiday. We appreciate your kind understanding that all orders placed have a minimum production lead time unless stated otherwise.

We do not provide shipment on Sunday and public holiday. After the order has been sent customers will receive airway bill code via website notification & email that can be used to track their shipment.

Shipping Methods

We use JNE as our courier service for the Regular and Express Service shipment.

We ship nationwide to all cities in Indonesia.

Shipping Fee

Shipping charges will be calculated upon checkout based on JNE official websites rates. Shipping fee are based on the weight of the order, if the accumulated weighs more than 1kg, another kg will be added to shipping fees.

Shipping Rules & Restrictions

Since we use JNE as our third party courier (not our own courier) we can’t guarantee you or take responsibility if the goods would not be received in time. Some problems might arise like incomplete address, overload from shipment etc. To deal with the problem, customer can contact JNE customer service on (021) 29278888.

We are not responsible in risk of loss the packages after the packages has been picked up by courier service.

We are not responsible if courier can't deliver the packages due to incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient at the address.

However, If there is any problem regarding to these issue, we will be glad to help you.
