Girl’s Penelope Dress in Rainbow’s End is made of non-stretch cotton poplin. The hand-drawn print represents the paths toward a new horizon that awaits at the end of the rainbow. Designed for a loose, mini-dress fit with a high-waisted cut that flares gently for a flattering silhouette. It features a Peter Pan collar and a half-front button closure for a preppy and easy everyday wear.
